Message Editor

The main screen shows all configured messages. Create, edit, delete, or preview any message from this central dashboard.

Configure the message name, location, caption, and body text. Use built-in macros to dynamically display user and system information. Load message content from network files for easy updates.

Choose standard Windows icons or custom images of any size. Add custom sounds or Windows event sounds to grab attention when the message appears.

Buttons, Options, and Scheduling

Configure button text, actions (launch app, open URL, logoff, restart, shutdown), errorlevel codes, images, fonts, and delay timers that disable buttons until the user has read the full message.

Advanced options: hide the desktop, disable taskbar, block Ctrl+Alt+Del and Alt+Tab, keep focus on top, prevent window movement, and full-screen display.

Schedule messages for specific days, dates, or recurring intervals. Combine with cookie tracking for one-time or periodic compliance displays.

Logging and Cookies

Configure detailed compliance logging with username, machine name, IP address, button clicked, and timestamp. Export to delimited files for database import.
