What are the command line options for ScrollLock?
If you wish to toggle off the SCROLL lock, just pass "off" on the command line:
scrolllock.exe off
You can also pass "on" to the command line to toggle the SCROLL lock key on:
scrolllock.exe on
scrolllock.exe off
